KULT//ANIKI is an independent artist streetwear label operating through print-on-demand production. Every item is made specifically for your order.

Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–7 business days
  • During launches, restocks, or high-demand periods, processing may take longer

Shipping Estimates

Estimated delivery after dispatch:

  • Australia: 3–10 business days
  • New Zealand: 6–14 business days
  • United States & Canada: 7–20 business days
  • International: 10–30 business days

Delivery times may vary due to customs, carrier delays, or seasonal demand.

Tracking

Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships.

Lost or Delayed Packages

KULT//ANIKI is not responsible for:

  • carrier delays
  • customs delays
  • incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout

If your package appears lost, contact us and we’ll help investigate with the carrier.

Incorrect or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • include photos and your order number

We’ll work to replace or resolve the issue quickly.

Returns & Exchanges

Because products are made-to-order:

  • we do not offer returns for change of mind
  • exchanges are not guaranteed
